To set up and maintain a profile in Navvia.  This will allow you to tailor your Navvia home page as well as allow other navvia users (if your organization has activated the Collaborate module) to view this information by hovering over the name or photo area within the Collaborate module.  You can update update personal information associated with a Navvia Userid.

The following is a list of items that can be updated within the profile.

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone
  • Department
  • Job Function
  • Bio
  • Photo


  • Active Navvia Userid


  • Standard user
  • Navvia Essentials user
  • Basic user


  1. Roll over the Photo area adjacent to your name at the top right of any Navvia page, OR, use the drop down box containing your name and select My Profile

  2. Enter appropriate details in the pop-up box and upload a picture. Only Name and Email fields are required. The rest are optional.

  3. Choose Save and you are all done.
