We monitor the availability and performance of the Navvia Process Designer using a variety of tools. The information we gather is used to alert our staff of issues, keep our client’s informed and to contribute to the continual improvement of the service.


Our customers can access the service status page by going to http://status.navvia.com/. The service status page shows application availability for the past 7 days.

Detailed Status


Client’s may access detailed availability and response time data by clicking on the Navvia Process Designer hyperlink on the service


The detailed service status page includes:

  • an uptime grid that shows availability for the last 24 hours 
  • A list of outages for the past 24 hours (if any)
  • Average daily response time for the past 7 days
  • A map that shows response time by geographic location for the past 7 days

Historical Data


The service status page also provides our client’s with historical data. To access historical information:

  1. Go to the service status page at  http://status.navvia.com/
  2. Click on the Navvia Process Designer hyperlink to access detailed information
  3. Click on the history button on the top right to select the timeframe you wish to display.

 

The page includes:

  • an uptime grid that shows availability by hour and day for the month
  • A list of outages including dates and durations for the month
  • Average daily response time by day for the month
  • A map that shows response time by geographic location for the month.
