Have no worries, our Navvia site is very secure and so is your connection to the site.
Chrome examines the security certificate to see that it is current and provides sufficient protection. Our security certificate will not expire until the end of 2017. Chrome sees this and that there is a reference in the certificate for SHA1 and SHA256. Note: We do not use SHA1, we use SHA256. As SHA1 is being dropped this year and our certificate does not expire until the end of next year Chrome has (erroneously) flagged this as a potential security issue. It is not.
Even though you see the slash through the https: tha connection is secure and you can log in to Navvia safely.
