Purpose

Processes are associated with a Management Framework via Domains. If the Governance Instance was copied from a Navvia Template, the processes listed are all the processes that are defined in the Management Framework. Processes that have “Governed” checked (in the associated Design Workspace for the 'bound' Verify Instances) are being governed by the Governance Framework.  Processes being governed by 'unbound' Verify instances are being governed by the Governance Framework but are only listed in the Verify Instance as there is no associated Design Workspace.

Steps:

  1. Click on the “Processes” link on any screen for a Governance Instance. This will give you a list of all the processes associated with the Management Framework

  2. You can view both the Control Objectives and Task Definitions associated with a Process. To see the Control Objectives for a Process, Click on the Expand  Icon next to a Process name. This will give you a list of the Control Objectives associated with that Process

  3. To see a list of the Task Definitions associated with that Process, Click on the Task Definitions tab. This will give you a list of the Task Definitions associated with that Process
