Purpose

Create reports showing results captured for an assessment project.

Prerequisites

An active assessment project with completed Question Sets.

Role

  • Survey Editor
  • Sys Admin

Steps

  1. Click on the Project name (and the question set name if you want reports for a single question set)

  2. Click the "Reports" option located in the second level menu bar to reveal the screen used to execute project reports.


  3. Click on the report name to execute the report and display the results.

Notes

  • When a report is selected, the Project name and Question Set name are pre-filled and the report is executed. A different Project or Question Set can be selected from the report execution screen.
    • Only reports that can be executed against a specific project type are displayed.
