View Audit Log


Purpose


This utility will present an audit log of all the additions, modifications, or deletions made to the processes including the before and after values, date and time and the type of operation performed.


Prerequisites 


Modifications to the template process


Steps


1. Select View Audit Log from the toolbar. The audit log may be sorted by any of the columns.



2. The following screen is presented depicted, the old and new values, the field that was changed, the type of operation (e.g. addition/update etc.) and the Timestamp of the change



Manage Library


Purpose


The process document library can be used to contain all documents and artifacts associated with the process. Examples: Process document generated by Export to Word, templates and forms. The library provides a one-stop repository to hold definitive versions of all materials related to a specific process.


Prerequisites 


Modifications to the template process


Steps


1. Click on the Edit icon  to update the Attachment or New Attachment to add a new one



2.  Update all fields



3. Select Create or Update to apply the changes


Field Descriptions


Field Label Description
Name Provide a brief and meaningful name for this attachment
Description A detailed description of the attachment
Version The version of the URL or attachment
URL The phase of the project that will address this requirement
Upload File Select a file to upload
Timestamp The date and time of the attachment upload
